These terms apply to everyone who uses PrepOasis (prepoasis.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PrepOasis.

1. The service

PrepOasis provides practice questions, courses, notes, mock tests, discussions and related tools to help students prepare for exams. We aim to keep content accurate, but exam patterns, syllabi and answer keys change. Always check the official notice of the body that conducts your exam.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details when you create an account and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Students under 13 should use PrepOasis with the permission of a parent or teacher.

Teacher accounts may need approval before they can publish content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading; do not harass other users; do not share other people's personal information; and do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, or to get around plan limits.

Do not click on advertisements on purpose to generate revenue, and do not ask others to do so.

4. Content you post

When you post questions, comments, discussion replies, notes or course material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you give PrepOasis permission to display, store and adapt it on the platform. You keep any ownership you have in it.

Do not upload material copied from copyrighted books, papers or websites unless you have permission. Report anything you believe infringes your rights to kamran.cjb@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.

5. Our content

The PrepOasis name, logo, design and the content created by us and our teachers are protected. You may use them for your own study and share links freely, but you may not copy the question bank or courses in bulk, resell them, or republish them on another site.

6. Paid plans

Some features need a Premium plan. Prices, what each plan includes and how long it lasts are shown on the Pricing page before you pay. Plans are activated after payment is confirmed. If a plan cannot be activated because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

7. Advertising

PrepOasis shows advertisements from Google AdSense to keep the service free. Ads are clearly labelled, are never shown during a timed test, and are not placed next to answer options. How advertising cookies are used is explained in our Privacy policy.

8. No guarantee of results

PrepOasis is a study aid. We do not guarantee any score, admission, job or result. The service is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by errors in content, interruptions or the actions of other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use PrepOasis after a change means you accept the new terms.
